Penouta Wind Farm (Asturias)
Electra de Carbayín is the group company in charge of distributing electrical energy to about 4,500 supply points in the Asturian municipalities of Siero and Bimenes. In this geographical area, the company has its own distribution network originating from a 24/20 kV 10 MVA transformer substation, from which more than 250 km of high and low-voltage power lines are supplied, and around 90 transformation centers.
We offer an essential service for people and, for this reason, the quality of customer service has always been a priority. Today, this focus involves investing in communications and digitization to create more flexible networks that allow users to have more decision-making capacity.
