What is the Last Resort Rate?
As of July 1, 2009, the current rate system will disappear and the Last Resort Rate will come into effect. Low-voltage electricity consumers with a contracted power up to 10 kW will be able to sign up for the Last Resort Rate. Those customers whose contracted power exceeds 10 kW will have to contract their power with a deregulated market retailer.

What is a Switch of Control of Potencia (ICP)?
It is a device used to guarantee that the demanded power does not surpass the contracted one. It serves to avoid damages in your installation by overloads. At the moment, its installation is obligatory in all the suply points.
If the ICP becomes disconnected, unplugs some electric devices and reconect the ICP.
If it becomes disconnected with too much frequency you must consider the possibility of increasing power.
